Christine Court - A Kindred Community
Where Families Flourish & Hearts Find Home
Biological Families Reconnect • Chosen Families Form • Every Journey Honored
At Christine Court Assisted Living (CCAL), families aren't just maintained—they flourish. Some residents reconnect with biological family after years apart. Others discover their true family within our walls. Many navigate between both. Whether you're stabilizing after hospital, exploring independence, or finding where you belong, we're here for your unique journey. No judgment, just genuine support when you need it most.

D.H.
Resident
"I wouldn't want to be anywhere else—this is my home. The help and guidance Christine Court and INREACH have steered me on a straight path. When I moved in, a man said to me 'If you want to improve yourself, do something better than the day before.' That person was Grant Kelly from INREACH and Christine Court. That will stay with me forever and I will pass it on when needed."
G.P.

"I would definitely recommend Christine Court Assisted Living or their partner company INREACH Supports to anyone needing some assistance in day to day living… these people care."

What Makes Us Different
We're proud to be Queensland Level 3 accredited, but what really matters is how we show up for you every day
Qualified, Caring Staff
Our team isn't just First Aid & CPR certified—they genuinely care about making your day better. You'll see the same familiar faces who actually remember how you like your tea.
Safe & Welcoming Space
Security shouldn't feel institutional. We've created a safe environment that still feels like home—lockable doors, friendly staff, and spaces where you can be yourself.
You Do You
Person-centered care means we adapt to you, not the other way around. Early riser or night owl? Social butterfly or prefer quiet? We respect how you want to live your life.
Trusted & Accredited
Queensland Level 3 accreditation means we meet the highest standards. But the best proof? Ask our residents—they'll tell you what it's really like here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know about our kindred community and your journey with us.
As long as you need. Some stay weeks, others years. There's no pressure to leave or stay. Your journey is unique, and we support whatever timeline works for you. Whether you're here for a short recovery period or make Christine Court your long-term home, you're always welcome.
Life isn't linear. Many residents leave and return as needs change. You're always welcome back—once part of our kindred community, always part of our kindred community. We understand that recovery and independence aren't straight paths, and we celebrate knowing when you need support.
Yes! We have no restricted visiting hours. Family and friends are always welcome. Many join for meals or activities. We believe that maintaining and building family connections—whether biological or chosen—is essential to wellbeing. Your visitors are part of our extended community.
We have trained staff with First Aid and CPR certification available for emergency response. We call 000 when needed, notify your emergency contacts, and can accompany you to hospital if required. Your room remains yours if you need hospital care, and we maintain relationships with local hospitals for smooth transitions in both directions.
We have both private and shared rooms based on availability and your needs. All rooms are lockable for your privacy and security. You can personalize your space with your own belongings, photos, and decorations to make it feel like home. Room assignments are made thoughtfully to ensure compatibility and comfort.
This integrated model reduces service gaps, provides consistent care, and improves outcomes. INREACH operates onsite and understands our community's needs. They bill NDIS directly for personal care services. This partnership provides stable, comprehensive support for participants beginning their journey with us.
Simply call us at 07 3816 2533 or email info@christinecourt.com.au. We'll arrange a personal tour at your convenience to show you around our facilities, meet our team, and discuss how we can support your unique journey. Family members are always welcome to join the tour.
Unlike traditional multi-provider models, our integrated approach means one team (INREACH Supports) delivers all personal care onsite. This eliminates service gaps, reduces family stress from coordinating multiple providers, ensures familiar consistent faces, and provides 100% shift coverage. Accommodation and care are coordinated seamlessly while remaining legally and financially separate.
The integrated model with INREACH Supports is a condition of residency for new admissions requiring personal care. This ensures the service continuity that makes the model work. This requirement is clearly disclosed during tours and prior to admission. Our model suits families who value reliability over provider flexibility - most families tell us they've had enough of coordinating multiple providers after experiencing the chaos elsewhere.
No. All existing residents are fully grandfathered. Keep your current provider, rate, and arrangements indefinitely. The integrated model only applies to new admissions from January 2025.
Two separate bills from two separate companies: You pay CCAL weekly for accommodation (room, meals, emergency response). INREACH bills NDIS directly for all personal care services. Clear boundaries, transparent pricing, no overlap or double-billing.
If you don't require personal care services, the integrated model requirement doesn't apply. You would only need accommodation services from CCAL. Each application is individually assessed based on support needs.
Yes. As a Level 3 accredited facility, we can establish operational requirements for admission. This is similar to how some facilities specialize in dementia care or specific support levels. The integrated model is a service design choice, clearly disclosed pre-admission, and both residents and families sign informed consent acknowledging the model. CCAL and INREACH remain legally separate entities.
