We provide supported accommodation services including meals, utilities, medication administration, and emergency mobility assistance at our facility located at 13-21 Christine Street, North Booval, QLD 4304.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Where possible, we collect information directly from you. If we collect information from third parties, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.

  • Provide accommodation and tenancy services under your R18 agreement
  • Deliver medication administration and emergency mobility assistance (Level 3 services)
  • Coordinate care with external service providers
  • Communicate with you, your family, and nominated contacts
  • Process payments and manage financial aspects of your tenancy
  • Comply with our obligations under the Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure your safety and wellbeing

5. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • INREACH Supports (ABN: 85 617 388 271): Where you receive personal care services through INREACH Supports onsite, we share relevant information for care coordination purposes. INREACH Supports is a separate legal entity and registered NDIS provider. Their handling of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy and NDIS requirements.
  • Healthcare Professionals: Doctors, hospitals, allied health providers involved in your care
  • Emergency Services: Ambulance, police, fire services as required
  • Government Bodies: Queensland Office of Fair Trading (accreditation compliance), NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (where applicable)
  • Legal Authorities: Where required by law or court order
  • Your Nominated Contacts: Family members or representatives you have authorised

Important: We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

  • Records for Minors: Until the individual reaches 25 years of age

After the retention period, we will securely destroy or de-identify personal information.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will:
