Terms of Service

Christine Court Assisted Living (ABN: 30 968 157 298) operates a Level 3 accredited residential service under the Queensland Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002.

We provide supported accommodation services at 13-21 Christine Street, North Booval, QLD 4304, for adults with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, and age-related support needs.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

For residents, the primary agreement governing your stay is the R18 Residential Tenancy Agreement signed upon admission. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace that agreement.

This website is provided for the following purposes:

• Learning about Christine Court Assisted Living and our services
• Understanding our accommodation levels and pricing
• Submitting enquiries about vacancies
• Accessing information about our accreditation and compliance
• Contacting us for general enquiries

Prohibited Uses: You may not use this website to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Collect personal information of others without consent
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Christine Court Assisted Living provides accommodation services under two service levels as defined by the R18 Residential Tenancy Agreement:

Level 2 - Food & Accommodation (Essential Services)

• Private furnished room
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Laundry access
• Utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi)

Level 3 - Food & Accommodation + Care Support

• Everything in Level 2, plus:
• Medication administration (up to 4 rounds daily)
• Emergency mobility assistance (for residents with mobility limitations)

To be eligible for accommodation at Christine Court, prospective residents must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a disability, mental health condition, or age-related support need
• Complete our intake and assessment process
• Be able to have their support needs met within our service model
• Agree to the terms of the R18 Residential Tenancy Agreement

We reserve the right to decline applications where we cannot appropriately meet a person's support needs or where admission would compromise the safety and wellbeing of existing residents.

Accommodation fees are outlined on our Pricing page and detailed in your R18 Residential Tenancy Agreement.

• Fees are payable fortnightly, aligned with DSP payment schedules
• Rates are reviewed annually and adjusted in line with DSP indexation
• We coordinate with your NDIS plan to avoid duplicate charging for services
• Commonwealth Rent Assistance may be available to eligible residents

All fees, charges, and payment terms are discussed and agreed during the intake assessment process.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
