This website provides a general introduction to Christine Court and its residential services. It is not legal, clinical, financial, tenancy, NDIS or personal advice.

2. Authoritative agreements

Room availability, eligibility, charges, inclusions, house rules and individual service arrangements are confirmed during the enquiry and intake process. If website content differs from a current signed agreement or an applicable law, the agreement or law governs to the extent legally permitted.

3. Service boundaries

Christine Court provides accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, limited medication assistance and emergency response. It does not provide routine personal supports such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, daily living assistance or community access.

Residents may arrange routine supports separately with external providers they choose. Christine Court is not a registered NDIS provider, and choosing or changing an external provider does not affect residency.

4. Availability and pricing

Online descriptions do not guarantee a room, room type, admission date, price or service arrangement. Request the current approved pricing schedule and written agreement before relying on a figure or making a decision.

5. Enquiries

Submitting an accommodation enquiry does not create an offer, reservation, admission decision or contract. Information submitted must be accurate and provided with appropriate authority and consent.
