Integrated by design

How medication assistance is funded.

For residents who choose both organisations, Christine Court and INREACH can coordinate accommodation, meals, limited personal care and NDIS supports around one daily routine. INREACH operates onsite and can provide agreed medication assistance across multiple points in the day, including up to four scheduled rounds where included in the participant's plan and INREACH service agreement.

Choice remains with the resident. INREACH is a separate related organisation, not a condition of residency or the exclusive provider. Another provider may be used if it can safely and reliably meet the agreed schedule, and the pathway and its funding are confirmed in writing before admission.

  1. Practical throughout-the-day delivery.
An onsite team can provide several short medication-assistance rounds without requiring repeated travel to the property.
  2. Better use of funded supports.
Where the participant's plan funds medication assistance and INREACH delivers it, the service is charged under the separate INREACH agreement.
  3. No duplicate residential charge.
Christine Court can adjust the medication-related component of its Level 3 fee, with the final services and amount recorded in writing.

Adjustments and extras

Any variation must be written down clearly.

Where only the emergency-response component of Level 3 applies, the current schedule records an adjusted range of $25-$40 per week. The agreed amount and services must appear in the resident's written schedule.

Provider choice does not change residency. External NDIS or other support-provider charges sit under separate agreements and are not included in these residential rates.

Optional

Personal air conditioning

$10.00 per week for each person using a personal unit.

If applicable
