Privacy policy
How we handle personal information.
This policy explains the website and initial accommodation-enquiry process. More detailed collection notices may apply during assessment, admission and residential service delivery.

1. Who collects your information
Christine Court Assisted Living (ABN 30 968 157 298), registered residential service RS00000059, collects information submitted through this website. Our contact address is 13-21 Christine Street, North Booval QLD 4304. You can contact us at info@christinecourt.com.au or 1800 975 313.
2. Information we collect
The accommodation enquiry form asks for contact details, the prospective resident's first name and age range, approximate timing and optional contextual information. NDIS status and funded support hours are optional.
Please do not send detailed medical records, NDIS plans, identity documents or financial documents through the initial website form. If further information is needed, Christine Court will explain why it is required and how to provide it.
3. Why we collect and use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss room availability and residential services, provide current pricing, arrange a visit and progress an accommodation assessment where requested. Information is not used to make an external-provider choice a condition of residency.
4. What happens if information is not provided
We need the required contact and enquiry fields to identify and respond to an enquiry. Optional NDIS, support and contextual information does not have to be provided. If relevant information is not supplied initially, we may ask for it later where it is reasonably necessary for assessment or safe service planning.
5. Enquiry delivery and service providers
The public web server validates the submission and sends it to a Christine Court mailbox using Microsoft Graph. Website hosting providers and Microsoft process information on our behalf to operate the website and email service.
The Microsoft application and tenant used for delivery are currently administered within an environment associated with Christine Court and INREACH Supports, a separate related organisation. Authorised technical administrators may have system-level access where needed to operate, secure or troubleshoot the service. INREACH is not the enquiry recipient and does not receive enquiry content for support-provider selection, marketing or service delivery merely because the form was submitted.
The form content is not stored in a website database. The server may temporarily retain a salted, non-reversible network identifier and timestamps for rate limiting. Enquiry emails are managed within Christine Court's business email and record-keeping systems.
6. Sharing and consent
Information may be accessible to authorised Christine Court personnel and contracted technology providers where needed for the purposes above. Christine Court does not provide enquiry information to an external support provider, including INREACH, unless the person has given specific consent, another lawful basis applies, or disclosure is required to address a serious and immediate safety concern or legal obligation.
If optional disability, health or support information is included, the form asks for consent to collect and use it for responding to the accommodation enquiry. That consent does not appoint or authorise a support provider.
7. Processing outside Australia
Microsoft states that Exchange Online mailbox content for an Australian-provisioned Microsoft 365 tenant is stored at rest in Australia. Microsoft, website hosting providers and their subprocessors may nevertheless process limited service, security, diagnostic or support data outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Service locations can change; current details are available in Microsoft's data-location documentation.
8. Security and retention
We use access controls, transport encryption, form validation, origin checks, a honeypot, a submission time check and rate limiting. No internet transmission is risk-free, so sensitive documents should only be provided through a method confirmed by Christine Court.
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, accommodation assessment, record-keeping obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where lawful and practicable.
9. Access, correction and privacy complaints
You may ask what personal information Christine Court holds about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Email info@christinecourt.com.au, call 1800 975 313, or write to 13-21 Christine Street, North Booval QLD 4304. We will acknowledge a privacy complaint and explain the next steps. If a privacy complaint is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
10. External websites
Links to government, advocacy and other external websites are provided for convenience. Their own privacy policies apply when you leave this website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when systems, practices or legal requirements change. The current review date will be shown above.
