Your support providers

A joined-up onsite model that works with providers you already trust.

Residents can choose INREACH for onsite daily supports and continue with external providers for community linking or other agreed supports. Changing that provider mix does not affect residency.

Christine Court shared lounge and common room

A clear boundary

Christine Court provides the home. Chosen providers deliver separate supports.

Some limited personal-care services sit within Christine Court's residential service, while routine personal supports are arranged separately.

A blended support team

Some residents use INREACH onsite while retaining an external community-linking provider. Reasonable access and coordination arrangements are discussed with the resident and each provider.

Coordination requires consent

Christine Court only coordinates relevant information with an external provider where the resident has consented or another lawful basis applies.

Integrated, not exclusive

INREACH Supports is a separate related organisation designed to work onsite alongside Christine Court. Residents may still choose different providers for particular supports.

Integrated by design

Separate agreements, one coordinated living experience.

The model is designed to feel joined-up in practice: accommodation, meals, limited personal care and chosen onsite NDIS supports can be coordinated around one resident and one daily routine, while legal responsibilities and billing remain clear.

Integrated does not mean all-or-nothing. A resident may use INREACH for supports best delivered onsite and keep an external provider for community linking, social participation or another specialised support.

INREACH's onsite team can deliver agreed medication assistance across multiple scheduled rounds during the day. Reproducing several short visits can be difficult and inefficient for an offsite provider because each round requires separate travel and coordination.

Where medication assistance is funded and delivered by INREACH under a separate service agreement, Christine Court can adjust its medication-related residential charge so the same assistance is not charged twice.

Transparent choice: the onsite model is an operational advantage, not an accommodation requirement. Residents can use a blended provider arrangement or another provider that can safely and reliably meet their agreed support schedule.
